Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679

Pursuant to and for the effects of art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 about the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, also called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily make available to Ferrara Fiere Congressi srl will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, data will be treated in accordance with the principles of confidentiality which inspire the Company's activities.

 

1. Categories of processed data
Ferrara Fiere Congressi s.r.l. will treat the following categories of data provided by you:
• Personal data (such as: name, surname, age, gender), residential or home address and contact details (telephone, email address);
• Data relating to the professional position;
• Bank and payment details.

2. Purpose of treatment
Personal data made available to Ferrara Fiere Congressi s.r.l. may be used for the following purposes:

a) the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship relating to your participation in the RemTech Expo 2022 event, which will be held at the Ferrara Fiere exhibition Center (hereinafter the   "Manifestation"), as well as the compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax and administrative regulations, instrumental, functional, related and / or in any case useful for the purposes of establishing and carrying out the contractual relationship (including the necessary activities for the ordinary management of the exhibition);

b) the fulfilment of legal obligations to which the Company is subject;

c) direct sales of services like those purchased by you, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. It will be possible for the Company to use the e-mail addresses provided by you in the context of the contractual relationship relating to the exhibition. However, you may, at any time (initially or on subsequent communications) oppose the data processing, even by a specific request to the Data Controller, formulated in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of this statement;

d) direct sales of services similar to those purchased by you, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. It will be possible for the Company to use the e-mail coordinates provided by you in the context of the contractual relationship relating to the exhibition. However, you may, at any time (initially or on the occasion of subsequent communications) oppose the processing of data even by a specific request to the Data Controller, formulated in accordance with the provisions of articlec7 of this statement;

e) the organization and carrying out of events and meetings, even of a promotional nature;

f) the publication on the catalogue, on the website, on the Exhibition Guide, on any press releases, communications also via e-mail and promo mails related to the Exhibition (including the carrying out of the activities necessary for the management of online and off-line publication)

g) the sending of informative and promotional communications, also of a commercial nature, of advertising material also relating to the editions of the following years of the Exhibition, of offers of goods and services by post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from Italy or abroad (also from countries not belonging to the European Community) by the Company or by physical or legal entities that collaborate in the Company's commercial activities, by companies specialized in telemarketing, by controlling companies, subsidiaries and/or connected.

3. Processing methods 
The processing of personal data will be carried out by means of suitable paper, electronic and / or telematic means, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of said data.

4. Provision of data and consequences of any refusal
The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) of the previous Article 2 is mandatory and any refusal and / or provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information may have possible consequences:

(i) the impossibility of establishing and / or guaranteeing the regular and timely execution of the contractual relationship;

(ii) the impossibility of establishing and / or guaranteeing the regular and timely execution of the contractual relationship;

(iii) The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in points d), e) f) and g) of the previous article 2 is optional; however, any refusal and / or provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information may have possible consequences

(iv) the impossibility of drawing up statistical and market studies and research;

(v) the impossibility to organize, carry out and / or allow the participation in events and meetings, even of a promotional nature;

(vi) the impossibility to publish the data on the catalogue, on the website, on the guide plan of the Event, on any press releases, communications also via e-mail and promo mails related to the Exhibition (including the carrying out of the activities necessary to manage the publication online and offline);

(vii) the impossibility of contacting and / or sending information and promotional communications, including commercial ones, of advertising material also relating to editions of the subsequent years of the Exhibition, of offers of goods and services.


5. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
In the Company the members, the board of directors or other administrative body, the members of the board of statutory auditors, the company staff and the data protection manager may become aware of the personal data and, in any case, the external managers, the managers and persons responsible for the processing of personal data designated by the Company in the exercise of their functions. Personal data may be disclosed to any qualified individuals who provide the Company with services or instrumental services to the purposes indicated in the previous art. 2 such as, by way of example, parent companies, subsidiaries, investee companies and / or affiliates; suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, banking and / or insurance institutions or other subjects and / or bodies that provide the Company with services or services that are instrumental in the establishment and / or execution of any contractual relationship with the Company (such as, for example, banks and / or persons in charge of making payments and receipts, insurance companies and institutions) and / or providing (on behalf of the Company or independently):

(i) the management and / or maintenance of websites and electronic and / or telematic tools used by the Company;

(ii) the establishment and / or execution of any contractual relationship with the Company;

(iii) the development of statistical and market research;

(iv) the organization and carrying out of events and events, even of a promotional nature;

(v) the sending of informative and / or promotional communications, also of a commercial nature, of advertising material and / or offers of goods and services in the manner indicated in the preceding art. 2;

(vii) audit activity.

Your personal data may possibly be transferred abroad, in accordance with the current legislation, even in countries not belonging to the European Union where the Company eventually pursues its interests. The transfer to countries outside the EU, in addition to cases in which this is guaranteed by Commission Decisions of Adequacy, is carried out in such a way as to provide appropriate and appropriate guarantees pursuant to art. 46 or 47 or 49 of the GDPR. In any case, your personal data will not be disseminated.

6. Duration of treatment
Your personal data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the same purposes for which they are processed.


7. Rights of the interested party
We inform you that at any time in relation to your data, you may exercise your rights under the limits and conditions set out in articles 7 and 15-22 of the GDPR. In detail, the interested party has the right to:
- revoke the consent previously given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent before revocation;
- ask the Data Controller to access, correct or delete (so-called "right to be forgotten") personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose to their treatment;
- obtain data portability;
- propose a claim to the Guarantor for the protection of Personal Data if he considers that its rights have been violated.
